Extra Services Available

Though your daily rental includes everything you will need to for productive meetings and presentations, we recognize that you may have additional needs. In that case, we have additional solutions! The following services are available for an additional fee:

• Personal Assistant $40 per hour/ 4 hour min.
  Professional personal assistant competent in Microsoft Office at your disposal a full eight hours. Available to run errands, make copies, assist with presentations or various other tasks at your direction.
• Color Copies $.50 a piece
• Additional Black and White Copies $.10 a piece
• 2 Hour Private Yacht Cruise $1,500
  Limit 6 guests and subject to availability
• Laptop Rental $75 per day.
• Fed Ex and UPS Shipping Services
• Private long term storage: Limited Availability

Rental Rates

• ½ day $250 (4 hour maximum)

Parking

We have everything you need at Harborside with possibly one exception. The building has no onsite parking. This is obviously not an issue if you are flying in There is ample street parking that might require a walk of 1- 2 blocks.
